Management & Office Staff:

Mark Dombrowsky, Owner of NSR, he has been in the insurance services inspection industry since 1979. He began as a field representative, and advanced to Senior Loss Control Representative with a nationwide inspection firm. Currently he handles sales, review, administration, management, hiring and training, as well as field inspections / quality audits.

Mike Sackett

Operations Manager

He began in engineering and drafting management in 1970. He joined the fee inspection industry in 1990 as a field inspector and has advanced to his current position. He has 12 years corporate risk, safety & facility management. His duties include field staff management and training, replacement cost valuations, and quality review of reports.

Bob Montgomery
Sales Consultant

He began with us in 2003 as Senior Sales Consultant. He works with many existing and potential NSR clients. Bob has an MBA from TCU in Ft. Worth Tx and extensive past marketing experience with a nationwide auditing firm.

Teresa Deis
Office Manager
She joined us 9 years ago as Back Room Assistant, advanced to become Mail / Back Room Support Manager, and now Office Manager. Her background is in sales, customer service, marketing and management.

Kelley Herring
Quality Reviewer
She joined us in 2003 as a Field Inspector, and still works in the field as well as in our office on quality control. She is certified in the State of Texas as a Loss Control Rep Specialist. Her background is in Construction Management and related fields.

Leslie Sigrist
Lead Customer Service Specialist
Leslie was our office manager in the 1990's. She is back as CSR specialist and will help coordinate and implement many various office procedures and processes. Her background includes management, sales, customer support, and computer skills.

Rosemary Roeske
Back Office Support
On-Call Assistant Report Processor
Rosemary has been with us for 4 years and now works part-time helping process inspection requests and completed inspections.

Shelby England
Part Time Quality Reviewer
He is currently a field inspector for us. His background includes 20 years as underwriter and past agency owner.

Youth mentoring program:
Formed in summer 2005, we now employ selected High school and college youths from the local DFW area schools for various office tasks, including:
data entry, filing, special projects, database and computer functions. It has been rewarding to have a youthful, energetic group of really high-caliber college age employees here. At present, they are:
Bob Cardona, Sarah Dombrowsky and Rossyveth Nava, back room support.

Field Staff:

All of our field reps in Texas are formally trained at our facility and in a "field ride-along" program. Newly hired inspectors also have initial training, training manual for report content issues, as well as an open communications line with quality reviewers in our office.

This quality review is part of our "mentoring" process.
