North Star Reports provides Underwriting Surveys and Loss Control services for commercial risks throughout these territories:
Primary Coverage: Texas
Extended Coverage: All other 49 states handled with associate vendors dealing with North Star Reports.
Most work is done on an hourly basis, although "flat fee" Intermediate line reports are only available in Texas. These are limited to properties under 7,500 sq. feet (Intermediate) . Pricing is 3-tier (Metro, Rural, Remote zone rates) - all fairly priced. Normal time service is 28 days, however RUSH cases (14 day service) is available on request.
