Our Mission

We are passionate about being your "eyes and ears" and make sure the properties and companies we look at are as safe as possible. Our goal is to accurately report our finding to our clients.

All newly hired field reps are reminded that "the job we do today can possibly save not only client profits, but may save someone's life or some loved one from an injury. Our work is vitally important and rewarding in many ways."

Company Story
The company was started in 1988 with Continental Insurance as our first client. We steadily added clients, field safety reps and office staff and expanded coverage to cover all of Texas. Over the years, the goal has been to provide good quality at an attractive price in Texas. Other states can now be serviced for our clients as well. Ease of use of our reports and overall client happiness is what the company is all about.

Community Involvement
North Star Reports has always been active in local charities, various international relief charities and national environmental improvement causes.

In 2004 our "youth mentoring" program started. This has allowed many young high school and college youth to learn responsibility, proper office procedures ,and really feel respected as part of a bigger team. Ownership hosting of a high school student from Hong Kong, China, has been a fabulous opportunity for 2-way learning in 2005-2006 for all here.
